Very helpful with late check in and directions.

The chalet was spacious, clean and up-to-date. We did have trouble getting on internet since the password posted in the chalet was not correct but the correct password had been contained in the email with the directions to the chalet.

We were over pleased with the cabin we rented. It was clean, stocked with utensils, and overall very nice. The location was easy access (avoiding downtown) to get to either pigeon or gatlinburg. Only things that I would recommend addressing are the pullout sofa mattresses were very warn and Springs could be felt easily, other was the back ramp needs to be leveled.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly at check-in. There was lots of room and we were able to spread out. The TV was in a strange location-it was difficult to sit on the couch and watch TV- it should be in a more central location with the den furniture- instead of above the fireplace in the kitchen area. The beds were very comfortable. Some of the sheets were very thin (worn out) and the comforters needed to be washed.

Beautiful place. Very clean. Excellent service when we needed more linen. Only negative is that the sleeper sofas up in the loft were hard to sleep on be causes they badly need new mattresses. Plan to return but please replace them

Did not like being right on the highway. I would recommend letting future guest know how close they are off the highway.

Good morning Stephanie, Thank you for your feedback on your stay at Bears Den Lodge. We always appreciate our guests taking the time to let us know about their visit with us! We are sorry that the cabin location was not suitable for you and we will pass on to the owner the suggestion that the location be noted in the description. Unfortunately, the benefit of being walking distance to Dollywood does come with the drawback of being close to the road for this cabin. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us otherwise and hope you will visit us again in the future!

Over all the cabin was beautiful. I was a little disappointed in the upkeep of it. The couch in the living room look like it should have been at a Goodwill store. I had big rips and and tears in it. The bathtub in the upstairs bathroom to the right looks very dingy. Over all the layout and the spaciousness was very nice just a little disappointed in the upkeep.

Good afternoon Melissa, Thank you for your feedback on your stay at Bears Den Lodge. We always appreciate our guests taking the time to let us know about their stay. We notified the homeowners about the condition of the furniture and since they were the next people to stay in the cabin they were able to replace the furniture right away. The cabin now has a new sofa, love seat and rocker in the living area! We also addressed the bathtub with housekeeping and apologize that it was not up to our standards. Thank you again for letting us know about your stay and we hope to see you again in the future!

The house was good in the fact that there was a bath for each bedroom. It was disappointing that things need to be replaced such as the torn and threadbare sofa and loveseat on the main floor. Housekeeping needs to do better job cleaning under all sofas.
