Only Have a Couple of Hours? Visit These Attractions in Pigeon Forge!

Sometimes family trips are so packed with scheduled activities, that you only have a few hours of free time each day. To help you make the most of your vacation time, we’ve come up with five of the best attractions to do in Pigeon Forge if you only have a couple of hours.
1. Ride the Go-karts at the Track.
The Track is one of the most loved Pigeon Forge attractions, reputed to have the fastest go karts in Tennessee. Choose between nine different tracks such as the Wild Woody, which is a 3-tiered go-kart/roller coaster hybrid. If you have young children and prefer not to see them zooming around at speeds of 40 MPH, slower kiddie karts are available.

2. Drive and splash in the bumper cars.
If you’re looking for a fun, indoor activity, visit the Spin Zone for some fun crashing and smashing on bumper cars with your family. The electric bumper cars are in water so that you can splash your family members as you bump into them.

3. Visit the Castle of Chaos.
The castle of chaos is a part of the Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center. It combines a video game, a ride, and a 3D film to provide the perfect ghostly experience. The objective is to explore the castle while you contain the outbreak of paranormal activity and attain the highest score.

4. Browse a few of the shops at Old Mill Square.
The Old Mill is the most photographed Pigeon Forge attraction area and has been welcoming visitors since the 1830s. It is family-owned and operated, and the Square features a number of shops. Whether you’d be interested in watching flour being ground using the water-powered mill or prefer to watch classic pieces of pottery being made, this square will not only provide a fun time, but also a learning experience for you and the kids. If you’re looking for the perfect present, head over to the kitchen and get yourself a customized gift basket.

5. Take a walk at Patriot Park.
Home to the Liberty Bell’s replica, the Patriot Park is another beloved Pigeon Forge attraction. It offers acres of beautiful landscape to relax in. It also features the Veteran’s Memorial where you can go and pay homage to the brave men and women who died during the battle for America’s freedom. Patriot Park is also home to a 2-week annual festival in memory of those brave souls.
