Bare Snugglin'

Well I don't have 10 words but I've used you guys for a couple of years now for cabins during rod run...all I can say is everything was great

We enjoyed the view, the quiet and the log interior!

Enjoyed cabin. It was perfect for us. View was very nice. Also enjoyed the interaction with office staff. Very friendly and gave us great suggestions. Very nice relaxing week.

HearthSide was extremely accommodating! From the booking process, to checking in, to the beautiful cabin. Truly couldn't have asked for anything better! We truly enjoyed our time. Our cabin was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Cannot say one negative thing.

The cabin was awesome! The process for reserving and checking in was simple. Best view we have ever had from a cabin. We stay in the Pigeon Forge 3 to 4 times a year and this time was especially memorable due to the mountain views. Very clean cabin: we love our cabin (our 7th stay). The staff are terrific folks to work with. Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently (we didn't have any issues on this visit).

Our stay was wonderful as always. We experienced a problem with our air conditioner being iced up and not working properly. It was corrected quickly by a friendly matainence worker. We have booked with Hearthside 4 other times and will again!

Our original cabin was cancelled due to wildfires. The 3 ladies here were so awesome and got us a perfect one bedroom cabin for my BF birthday weekend!! It was perfect!! Y'all rock!! We will be back!!

We enjoyed our honeymoon in the cabin! Everything was clean and nice. Although, there were no coffee filters with a coffee pot there.. so we had to figure out how to make coffee! But it was an enjoyable stay with friendly staff.

We found the process and check in easy. The cabin was great with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the cabin so much we hardly went out at all during our trip which wasn’t our original plan. We found it to be very relaxing.

My husband and I came down to celebrate our 7 yr anniversary. This was our first vacation we've ever taken alone together and to be honest, it couldnt have been any more perfect! We had THE best time together. Bare Snugglin' was such a perfect cabin! Every aspect of planning the trip was so easy and the Hearthside staff were all wonderful. IF i had to share any negatives it would be these: the living room couch was pretty broke down and worn/torn. Still usable though! We noticed alot of the plates and bowls in the cabinet were dirty. We assumed the guests before us were trying to help by running them through the dishwasher and hadnt noticed before putting them away. We just washed them quickly and moved on 🙂 Last minor thing, unless we couldnt figure it out (probably the case lol) 2 of the porch lights wouldnt turn off. They were pretty bright so it made sitting on the deck not as enjoyable at night. But seriously, i feel petty even bringing these points up because they didnt even matter in the grand scheme of things. Our 8 hr drive home consisted of us planning our next trip with Hearthside! It was so hard to leave! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We LOVED our experience at Bare Snugglin’! The place was extremely clean and felt like home the minute we walked in. Check-in was super easy, as well. The view from the cabin was spectacular and we hope to visit again!

Bare Snugglin Cabin was fantastic. It was clean, beautiful, and the views were amazing. Even when we got snowed in, management extended our time to ensure that the roads were clear enough for us to travel down the mountainside. I would definitely use these services again.

The cabin was like home away from home--even better. Quiet area, dogs were welcome and a very beautiful view. We loved the chair swing out looking the mountain view and no one bothered us.

What amazing views!!!! A lot was provided in the cabin we loved! Only thing I would recommend is a little more dusting and a more comfortable bed. But the views were worth it!

Beautiful view! This was a perfect space for us to get away and relax! If I could change anything I would say a little more thorough cleaning would be great. Hair and debris were easy to see on the couch and corners. Also playing pool was difficult due to space limitations.

The cabin was clean, charming and cozy! The view was spectacular and the location was convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

location lacks comfortable furniture in the front room area. The pull out couch needs to be replaced in our opinion, not comfortable at all as a couch. Height of TV to seating is not conducive to neck comfort. Thermostat was temperamental on changing settings for me.

This was our second time to rent from you and we wouldn't use anyone else. Both cabins have been exactly as advertised and the staff have always been great.

We had a wonderful time in Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountain National Park. The cabin was a very nice and relaxing home away from home. We used the Freedom Passes for shows, the aquarium and meals. Was not too impressed with Mama's Farmhouse though. Would have been nice if the Applewood Restaurant was an option. Their food and service is exceptional. Your Customer Service was very good.

The only thing was the washing machine did not work,but overall it was wonderful. Thank you for being so kind to us when we checked in.God Bless

It is a very good place to stay. It was our 30th. anniversary. We stayed there last year on anniversary, but different cabin. We think the attraction discounts are wonderful. Plan on coming back again.

There was a DVD missing - The Fighter. The accommodations were excellent.

Housekeeping could be better. There was dust and cobwebs all over, that should not have been there. Dishes were left in the dishwasher that I re washed and put away, left from previous renters. I was charged a 50 dollar cleaning fee and the cabin was not clean. I have rented from Hearthside before and have never had an issue. I am hoping that this was just a one time thing.

Everyone that works there was so nice and so helpful the cabin was phenomenal definitely trying to plan another trip already thank you very much look forward to coming back
