The cabin was more than we expected. Paul came and reset the hot tub for us so it would heat and gave us some great ideas of things to see while we were there like the fire tower. You all run a top notch company. Paul even bragged about how well the company treats its employees and how he loves his job. Kudos!

We had a problem with the hot tub in Garden of Eden. They resolved the issue to our satisfaction in a short time. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Our whole experience was great. Would definitely love to stay in one of your cabins again

For years we have been coming to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and we always seem to stay with another rental company. Due to the fires and timeliness of our decision to book a trip, our options with the previous rental organization were extremely limited. We found Heartland by simply doing a web search, and let me tell you we were NOT disappointed! Everything from the friendliness of the staff during the rental process, to the cleanliness of the cabin, to the location, to the check-out process. Everything was a positive experience! I honestly do not have a single complaint regarding the rental process, the cleanliness, through the checkout process. We will definitely be using you again. As a matter of fact, we were talking about our next trip on the way home, so hopefully I will be calling you soon!!! Thanks for the great experience! Stay amazing!!!

Easy quiet peaceful not enough towels will stay again. In need of new pots and pans. Enjoyed our stay loved the campfire and stream. Bed in loft is amazing!

We enjoyed the cabin it was nice but the floor is coming up in 2 places and the pool is not heated so while it is indoor it is NOT warm. There is only 1 key to the cabin so if 2 couples are staying then you have to negotiate on how to handle the key and pray that you won't come back before the other couple with the key. The hot tub was ok only fits 3 maybe 4 comfortably, Really its made for 3 at most. Seclusion is REALLY nice and it isn't an extremely long drive out. Definitely not a honeymoon spot though. The upstairs bathroom is NOT made for big gents with a husband over 6'2 it was hard to get in and out, also if you are 2 couples coming out the upstairs bathtub well....forget it if anyone is in the kitchen/living room you are going to be seen in the tub and be ready to change in that itty bitty bathroom since there is NO PRIVACY at all in the loft if someone is downstairs they are going to see EVERYTHING you do.

Everything was lovely, the cabin was clean and cute and very well appointed. We did have two issues however. The first is that there is something wrong with the jacuzzi tub; when we turned the jets on it made the water in the tub very dirty. Not sure why but it was kinda gross. The second issue we had was that the grill was broken. We borrowed the grill from the cabin across from us because no one was in it so we could grill for our guests after the wedding. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay! We will definitely rent from you again.

Loved the cabin, but was disappointed in the indoor pool. The water was very cold. Couldn't get in to swim.

Creekview gateway was a wonderful experience, it met all our expectations. The kitchen is greatly stocked with everything. The beds a so comfortable i hated getting leaving it. This cabin is really private and allows you all the privacy you would want. Will definitely book this cabin again.

The reservation process was awesome! As always, Brandy went above and beyond to make our experience great! I was disappointed to find dishes still in the dishwasher and potatoes in the cabinets though.
