Our cabin was perfect. The view was breathtaking. There was nothing we did not like about it. It was clean upon arrival and our trip was perfect.

I booked the I Love View cabin off Hummingbird Way through Hearthside Cabin Rentals for Dec 1-4, 2018 and it did NOT disappoint. This small cabin was built for two as one big room with a king bed, jacuzzi tub inside, bathroom & shower, wood burning fireplace,hot tub outside and an absolutely PHENOMENAL VIEW! Full kitchen to cook with a charcoal grill outside. Only one complaint: the bed was so loud! Lol. Barely roll over and it sounded like someone was moving furniture! The hot tub was perfectly placed in a more private area. The cabin has a few around it, but all in all it was one of the more private cabins available. The cabin had a small Christmas tree for the upcoming holiday, which is fine since it's a small cabin. But that's one other place they could improve on. I was psyched it was decorated for Christmas only to find the same size tree we have in our tiny apartment and that was it. Maybe add some more Christmas decorations along the patio along the front and along the upper windows at the peak. The reservation and check in process was great. They do only provide the initial towels, tp and paper towels, but we had more than enough to stay a few more nights. We LOVED this cabin and WILL come back again!!!!!!!!! I'm SO glad I did my research and it far surpassed everything I was look for an amazing birthday weekend. My boyfriend was surprised and was more than what he imagined as well. Thanks, Hearthside!

The ease of check in and check out are amazing. It feels as if you live there and not just visiting. The description of the place was spot on and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. You all made it so nice that we will be returning in 2019 with our entire family.

Have absolutely no complaints about the cabin, it was great!

Loved it, the view was awesome. Although probably could use a new mattress on the bed. The hot tub was great, watching the stars at night and just relaxing. Liked the short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would have liked to been able to use the fire place on the cooler nights but we'll just have to plan our next trip earlier or later in the year.

Great place to stay and very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing we noticed that could have been improved were the cobwebs in the cabin. They were all around the walls, curtains, hanging on decorations, etc. We left a note for the housekeeper so she/he could remove them before next guests arrived. We loved the view and the cabin; hope to come back!!

Great experience with ladies in the office getting our reservation and checking in. Cabin needed a little better upkeep. There were cobwebs everywhere-on curtains and walls. The hot tub felt a little slimy when we first got in like the water had been sitting there for awhile. Otherwise pretty clean. The view was amazing but I suggest letting renter know about steep drive. Somehow I missed that online and no one mentioned when we booked. We had some difficulty because the turn from the road up the drive is a very sharp turn and the drive so steep. We solved it by going up the road and turning around so we could turn in heading back down and that made it easier.

My husband and I traveled to Tennessee to get married in the Smoky Mountains in November 16. During our week and a half there we stayed in 3 different cabins all ran by Hearthside, Cades Cove Castle, Moonshadow, and I Love View. Our wedding was held at the Preserve Resort. All three cabins and the resort were beautiful. The entire staff of Hearthside were awesome. Stephanie at the Preserve resort was especially helpful. My husband and I are already discussing our next vacation to Tennessee and there's no question that we will be staying with Hearthside.

The cabin and view were AWESOME. Unfortunately the hot tub was dirty. I could literally see the film of dirt across the top of the water. Even the bubbles had a dirt film. Kind of disgusting. LOVED the honeymoon layout of the cabin though. Very cozy!!

The cabin was full of spider webs and dust. Coffee table was extremely dirty. We contacted the office 3 times and nobody responded. Then, we contacted Kevin on his personal cell phone & he responded quickly, but even he wasn't able to get someone to get back to us. The cabin view was stunning.

This cabin has an amazing view, great comfy bed perfect for a weekend getaway.

The overall look of the cabin was in great shape. All the appliances worked.a/c worked to were it was comfortable with warm days.outside was clean .had a nice relaxing weekend with know worry...Thank You Bill.

The I Love View cabin was very nice and just what we needed. You didn't lie when you said the road was not for the faint of heart. How they got asphalt to stay on that steep of slope is amazing, lol! Only thing I could ask for is that there was a flat spot at the top of the driveway to park the car and to feel a little bit safer but we made due. We will be back to try out another cabin in the next few years. Thanks for the coupons and the easy reservation and information.

Our overall experience was great! I booked online, had a question that was quickly answered, the express check in option was perfect. Every time I spoke to you all it was a pleasant and helpful conversation. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed and was in a great location.

Cabin was exactly as advertised and nicely prepared for our stay. everything was cleanl. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was well supplied with useful utensils. The bed was sinking in the middle a bit though. The water was nice and hot but sometimes sputtered badly. We tried to fill the jacuzzi but abandoned it when the water sputtered so badly and was rusty colored. Overall a very nice stay even with the slight inconveniences.

This was our honeymoon. The place was beautiful! The view was amazing as promised! Easy check in, we even arrived an hour before check in time and called the office and they allowed us to go ahead and check in. The staff was friendly each time we called! We were so sad to leave... We we definitely be back!
