The cabin was clean and well supplied when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful when we stopped in the office with questions. We plan on returning to the area for another vacation and bringing our friends. We'll definitely be looking at other HearthSide cabins for rental when we do. This cabin was in a lovely private area , close to attractions and easy access to the park , via back roads. The cabin was clean, neat and relaxing. It was wonderful to have both a jacuzzi and hot tub, especially on hot days. The cabin provided basic items, such as coffee pot, toaster, etc. that were wonderful to have. We are not tech savy, yet the early check in was delightful.

The cabin was the cleanest we ever stayed in! We loved how relaxing the kozy kabin was. It wasnt as secluded as we thought and there was a lot of noise from construction work, but overall it was the best place to spend our anniversary! Definitely will be using hearthside again.

Have booked with Hearthside for about 12 years and have never had any issues . This stay we had a minor TV issue that was fixed by maintenance in about 20 minutes after I called . Cabins are always clean and most importantly , as stated via phone or pictures . We will continue to book with Hearthside ! Thank you !

We had previously stayed in Pigeon Forge three other times with different rental companies. HearthSide was by far the best. We will be staying exclusively with Hearthside each year for our annual anniversary trip. Every person we dealt with were extremely professional while being as kind and friendly as anyone could hope for. The cabin was the cleanest we have ever stayed in and that is a huge priority to us. We did have an issue with our hot tub and the process in which the problem was treated was amazing from both the office people who listened to our concern through email to the maintenance person who completely drained and cleaned our hot tub. The maintenance person and office staff should be recognized for their professionalism and kindness. The issue with the hot tub became a non-issue with their prompt attention to detail.

Directions were excellent and our cabin was in perfect condition! We loved every minute of our stay in Kozy Kabin!

Your staff is so friendly. We, in the spur of the moment, decided to spend the weekend in Pigeon Forge. We figured it would be hopeless to find a cabin on such short notice but took a chance anyway. Within five minutes of calling your company, we had a reservation and directions to the cabin! The cabin was beautiful and spotless. Thank you for a wonderful and much-needed getaway.

the cabin was great, driveway a little bumpy. this was a nice quite restfully get away. the decoration were extremely nice, all the comforts of home THE only problem we found was in the outdoor hot tub, the water appeared too be dirty with strange fluids floating along with a couple of hairs also the cover was not secure on top of the tub

Everything was wonderful except the quilt on our bed smelt of urine, and had some spots or stains on it.

Service was easy and cabin was great. The cover on the hot tub is worn out and falling apart, it needs to be replaced asap... it's very heavy to lift because it's so worn out. The shower head in the shower is horrible and needs replacement as well.

The cabin was everything that we expected except we would of enjoyed having some firewood and matches to have a fire.

As usual easy to use Web site. Fast follow up with email to the reservation. The Kozy Kabin was a great little cabin. Met our needs for an intimate settings for us to start 2017. We have been using Hearthside since 2006 when we got married in one of your cabins. Never had any major problems and always gave pet friendly cabins available.

My wife and I stayed in Kozy Kabin for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time and it was the perfect little cabin!

Only wished for a more comfy mattress on the bed, everything else was great!

Staff was super nice and friendly during the over the phone booking. We first arrived to the cabin after hours and found a very bad carpenter ant problem inside the cabin. We reported this at the Hearthside office the next morning. The staff told me they would call the exterminator and call me back. She called me back before I left the parking lot with the phone # for the exterminator. I called the exterminator & scheduled an appt with him. He quickly came out and treated the property & immedietly the ant problem was gone. We have stayed with about 3 different cabin rental companies & Hearthside was by far the best.

We stayed in the Kozy Cabin it was nicely decorated and clean. We did have some unexpected black ants but that was ok it was a log c abin you know.
