As you’d expect given its name, Secluded Romance is an idyllic cabin for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway. But because it can sleep 4 people and is unexpectedly spacious, it’s also suitable for a family vacation.
Perched among 4 wooded acres, Secluded Romance provides a wealth of serenity and privacy. You can luxuriate in the rear deck’s spacious hot tub, watching falcons soar above the Smoky Mountains, without being interrupted by neighbors. And because of the lack of surrounding lights, as you kick back on a rocker you’ll be able to admire more stars in the night sky than you’d ever thought possible.
A double-height wall of windows enables you to relish the lush woodlands even while you’re indoors. The sunlight streaming in also accentuates the luster of the wood-planked floor, walls, and cathedral ceiling. Both the roll-arm sofa and the oversize armchair are inviting spots for relaxing amid the glow of the gas fireplace. You can watch a movie on the 55” LCD TV with satellite service. Another entertainment option: the full-size pool table. Even if inclement weather forces you to cancel a day’s plans, you’ll find plenty to do here at Secluded Romance!
Despite feeling far removed from the hubbub, Secluded Romance is only a 10-minute drive from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. That means scores of restaurants are within easy reach, specializing in everything from classic Southern fare to seafood. Sometimes, though, it’s more romantic (and more budget-friendly) to dine in. The cabin’s well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. You’ll find all the appliances you need, from a full-size stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer to a blender, along with cookware and tableware. The rear deck has a grill as well, should you want to cook alfresco. The dining table seats 4—though it’s just as charming when set for 2.
The master suite makes up the loft level, and once you’re ensconced up here you might never want to leave. While sprawled out on the king-size bed you can look through the oversize window over the treetops swaying in the breeze—or if you prefer, you can watch TV. A truly pampering touch is the bedroom’s jetted tub. What a glorious way to end the day… and begin a romantic evening.
The suite has a full bathroom as well, complete with a combination shower/tub. On the main level is a half-bath; this will come in especially handy if the kids are sleeping in the sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 people.
If you can bear to tear yourself away from the tranquility and beauty of Secluded Romance, you’ll find plenty to see and do just minutes away. In addition to restaurants, Pigeon Forge Parkway is home to the Titanic Museum, WonderWorks educational amusement park, a large outlet mall, dinner theaters, go-kart tracks, and more. Just 5 minutes from the cabin are the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster, the longest alpine coaster in the country, and Waldens Creek Stables, where you can ride horses or fish for bass, catfish, and more in a stocked pond. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which you can explore on foot, bike, or horseback, is less than 20 minutes away. And you can reach Dollywood and Parrot Mountain and Gardens in well under a half-hour.
Then again, especially if you’re visiting with just your special someone, you might want to spend most of your time reveling in the solitude, the little luxuries, and the glorious setting of Secluded Romance itself. This is a truly special cabin for a truly special escape. Don’t miss out: Book your stay today!
