The attraction has its own parking lot, so you won’t have to worry about looking for somewhere to park. You’ll be whisked to the top of the mountain via a chondola once you get your tickets. After you get to the top of Anakeesta Mountain, what you do for the rest of the day is up to you! You can ride the zipline or the mountain coaster all day, or just hang out in Firefly Village. The choice is yours!
2. There’s so much to do there.
You can do so much at Anakeesta Adventure Park! There’s a unique racing zipline, where you can ride side by side with the person of your choice to see who can get to the end first! You can also go on the mountain coaster, which is a fast, fun experience for all involved! You’ll zoom down the mountain, and then be brought right back up at a leisurely pace. You’ll be able to see the mountains and admire the view all the way up. There’s also a Treetop Skybridge that is the longest tree-based bridge in North America! This fun walk lets you stroll among the trees about 50 to 60 feet above the ground. After your fun, explore Black Bear Village, where you can grab some food, do a little shopping and admire the view you’ve got from the top of the mountain. 3. It offers new opportunities for fun.
Anakeesta opened in 2017, and since then has provided new opportunities for fun in Gatlinburg! It’s no secret that it’s one of the best places to visit in Gatlinburg. Ride up the mountain on the chondola or try a truck ride in the Ridge Ramblers. Once at the top, enjoy plenty of fun and relaxation. The attraction is constantly added new activities and experiences for guests, so you’ll never run out of things to do. Opening in spring of 2020 is a 50-foot observation tower, which offers 360-degree views of the Smoky Mountains.
