During this month-long celebration of the fall season, the Seasons of Ober Restaurant at Ober Gatlinburg switches over to their special Oktoberfest menu. The tempting menu includes tasty delicacies such as bratwurst, schnitzel, strudel, sauerkraut, turkey legs, pretzels and much more! 2. Outdoor Bier Garten
Guests who are 21 and over can enjoy a variety of beer at the Outdoor Bier Garten! Each weekend will include different featured breweries with a unique selection of “Oktoberfest Biers” to try out. You can even purchase a special sampling cup to try them all, so you might just discover a new favorite! After visiting the Bier Garten, be sure to check out the Beer Necessities kiosk inside the Ober Gatlinburg mall. This kiosk contains an eclectic selection of gifts and accessories for the true beer aficionado!
3. Live Music Performances
Oktoberfest at Ober Gatlinburg isn’t complete without a performance from the Bavarian Fun Makers Oompah Band! This group of talented musicians dresses in authentic lederhosen while performing traditional Bavarian folk dances, sing-a-longs, yodels and of course, oompah music! There are multiple performances throughout the day that all take place in the Seasons of Ober Restaurant.
4. Kids Activities
Since this is a family-friendly event, there are plenty of wonderful kids activities for your children to enjoy! There are outdoor games and inflatables for entertainment, as well as free face painting on Saturdays and Sundays.
