A BEARVUE is a luxury home that sits just a few minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Upon arrival at the house, you will see the beautiful view of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! The Five bedrooms are situated on 3 levels. The main living area houses a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you will need to prepare, serve and enjoy most any meal. There is one King-sized bedroom on this level and the covered porch is where you will find your hot tub, great seating, a picnic table, grill and a stone fireplace. All of this with wonderful views. There is a full bath with the master bedroom and a half bath as well.
UPSTAIRS: The uniquely designed upper level is equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a King-sized bed. The bathroom on this level is a jack-and-jill, shared by each bedroom.
DOWNSTAIRS: The downstairs has it's own entry to the house. You will find 2 bedrooms on this level, each with a King-sized bed. There is a full bathroom on this level. You will also find a utility room with washer and dryer, so you can pack light if you choose and launder your clothes. The entertainment area on this level features a full-sized pool table and high-top card table. The covered porch on this level has more great seating to enjoy the outdoors as well.

A BEARVUE guests have access to multiple pool and amenity areas on Ski Mountain, too!
Small dogs are allowed with a fee but you must crate your puppy when you leave the house, no exceptions.
